"Hi, I'm Rachel Viney. I began my culinary journey 20 years ago, gaining experience in a 2 Rosette kitchen before attending the world-renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland. I then went on to own and run a successful restaurant in a busy Gower village for over 10 years. I am passionate about using local and seasonal produce wherever possible. My food is unpretentious, with a focus on simplicity to let each ingredient shine. I love what I do and take great pleasure in providing my clients with exceptional service and a memorable experience"

Rachel Viney Private Chef is a family run business based in the heart of Gower.

Offering a diverse and extensive array of dishes, each individually tailored to suit your celebration and preferences. If you have a menu in mind, then great! If not, Rachel is more than happy to work with you to design one.

Rachel is classically trained with a flair for Asian cuisine and particular expertise in the pastry section, which is why she always recommends leaving enough room for dessert. Catering for all occasions from a buffet to an extravagant 5 course meal.

You don't have to do anything; we provide the cottage and the kitchen and Rachel does the rest.

Depending upon your requirement; prices are typically around £70pp for a 3 course meal (4/5 people), £65pp (6/7 people), £60pp (8+) and around £15pp for a buffet; don't hesitate to contact Rachel if you have any questions.
