“The most amazing cottage. So clean, modern & with special finishing touches that made our stay wonderful. The host gave the best instructions & guide for our stay. Put out a welcome tray of gifts – so thoughtful. Even a basket of outdoor games & a basket of towels + treats for our dogs. We simply can’t rate this cottage highly enough – definitely recommend & will be returning.” Clare & Beth
“The place is clean, spacious, well laid out and had everything we needed to cater for four adults, two toddlers and two pups. We felt instantly relaxed and at home. The gorgeous beach is two minutes away. It has it all – easily accessible sea for swimming, rock pools galore, perfect sand for sandcastle sculpting, artfully scattered pebbles of every colour imaginable, beautiful dunes and well maintained coastal paths. The kids/dogs were in their element.” Hannah & Family
“I have never been in such a well equipped cottage! Also, finished to a high specification which made the holiday a real home from home. Deb was brilliant at keeping us informed and responding to requests via WhatsApp. She even delivered on my request for fantastic weather. Love the area and love the cottage. Would highly recommend and hope to be back.” Bridget & Family
“This is a fantastic house with plenty of space for families with three or more kids, or alternatively two families with 4 children between them. It is clean, very well-equipped and thoughtfully set up. Beds are comfy, showers excellent and there’s a good outdoor space which makes dealing with multiple wetsuits a doddle. Port Eynon is a great base and it’s an easy drive to many fabulous beaches if you want a change of scene. We hope to return.” Rebecca & FamilyĀ
“The cottage has a great location for exploring the Gower but also for staying local, with some lovely walks to Oxwich and Rhossili for the energetic. It has a central but quiet position in the village, a minute’s walk from a very good pub (book ahead for food as popular) and 3 minutes from the beach front and cafes. The beach is vast and great for families and never too busy. There is a lovely walk behind the beach through the dunes to reach the far end of the beach and the south coastal path. The house is well equipped, with a spacious kitchen for 8 people, with all equipment you could need and some basics too eg oils, foil, clingfilm. All cleaning equipment was provided. There are lovely furnishings throughout the house – neutral and relaxing. There is a range of games and books – useful on wetter days. Underfloor heating is easy to modify. The bathrooms are modern, good quality with decent showers. It also has a good outdoor space for alfresco eating – enclosed so perfect for keeping dogs and children safe. Allocated parking for 2 cars. The hosts were very informative throughout the booking process and leading up to arrival which was reassuring. We would fully recommend staying at Whitebridge and would definitely book again if we returned to this area.” Kathy & Family
“Great cottage, very close to the beach. Very well equipped with everything you might need including a welcome tray and basket for little poochy! Our host, Debbie, was very welcoming and helpful, really looking forward to going back again.” Julie, Andrew & Doug
“A wonderful place to stay. A beautiful cottage, well kitted out & with lovely touches – a tray of treats for humans and towels & treats for your four footed friends. Port Eynon has good places to eat, excellent walks locally and a nice beach. Paddleboarding at Oxwich is fantastic & Rhossili has lovely walks. My family had a great long weekend at Whitebridge Cottage & Deb is very welcoming. We would definitely recommend it as well as the other cottages where we have stayed previously.” Sue & Family
“We are a family of four adults and two children and enjoyed a fabulous week. The house was great, spacious, absolutely spotless and so well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a week away plus some thoughtful welcome gifts. Great location to explore The Gower, easy travelling to the various different beaches whilst enjoying the local pub, cafe and fish and chips. We were lucky with the sunshine so enjoyed a perfect week.” Maureen & Family
